How would you judge someone who is not employed or not in college?

I would assume they live with their parents, do drugs, and take their parents money and drive their cars.

I would describe them as an unemployed person. You can at least get away with it if you can call yourself a student, but otherwise you're just unemployed.

I cannot judge because I'm in that situation myself.

No one wishes to employ me because I have no experience. But, how is one supposed to gain experience when no one wishes to employ you?

this is sad because my brother is 20 and people assume he is a bum, but they don't know the situation.

he has learning difficulties and self-esteem issues, but he is such an amazing guy and has a great heart. people inevitably judge him as lazy, being a bum, or stupid. he's not. they don't know.
