Someone one keeps hacking my Facebook account??!?

Its not any of my friends or family cause I log out. But a while back this person had changed my profile picture and talked.to my friends. And then he uploaded a picture of some Guy I think it was a webcam picture and.it was white dark so I couldn't really tell all I know that it was a Guy and he was wearing glasses and had dark skin. So anyways I enabled my privacy settings and changed my password but I guess it didn't it work cause its been a week since I've gone in my Fb and when I went on today I noticed my.cover pic had been changed. What can and should I do??? This person is.pissing me off so much. I don't want him doing any.more shit

Frst you need to scan your computer for spyware. If you have carelessly followed a link someone sent you, or browsed the Internet your machine could be sending out your user names and passwords. Download the free scanner from http://malwarebytes.org and run the full scn. Then change your password, make it difficult to guess. NO part of it must be anything relating to you, family, friends, pets, addresses, phone numbers or any of the thousands of other things you tell the whole world. Include upper case and lowercase letters and some numbers. Then change your security questions and answers and again do not make them relate to those obvious giveaways.

change your password and primary email address..
remove the earlier email added..
Also remove phone no login..
use only secure password..
