well i want a job in social media management but i have no experience and no education. i'm good at working with social platforms like facebook, twitter, etc. but no one wants to hire someone with no experience, so how in the world can i get experience. can someone point me in the right direction and maybe give me some sort of free guide or something.
Thank you and no rude comments please!

If you know how to work with social media platforms, then you have experience. What you need is a portfolio that showcases your abilities. Create some samples of what you can do, put them together in a nice print booklet or digital booklet (it can be small or 8.5x11 or what ever size fits your needs). Include your resume ( I know you have no work experience but you have experience). You want to do what's called a functional resume http://jobsearch.about.com/od/resumes/p/resumetypes.htm Include a cover letter with that as well, the cover letter gives you a great opportunity to show the potential employer why you qualify for the job even though you have no work experience. I suggest putting the resume and cover letter at the back of the booklet so that your work enthralls him/her first. You can either send these to directly to your potential employer's office, the human resources department etc. be creative, figure that out. BTW, this is called Self Promotion. Can't think of anything else right now. But a portfolio is your best shot.

Oh! Maybe start a blog about social media management, showcase some samples, put out that your looking for the right job in your "about me" something like that. Hope I helped. Smile
