How do I hide someone on Facebook without blocking or unfriending them?

I can't stand this person and already have her hidden from my newsfeed, but her face always appears on my timeline in my friends lists, how do I hide her from view without blocking her, I can't block her as she is my cousin.

you can chose the little box in the corner of a post or other related things and there is an option to hide it from specific people or from everyone.

Click on something the person posts, at the top right. Select to hide the story. After the story is hidden, you will be given the option to "Change what update you receive from the person in question." Click on it a change accordingly.

you could use adblock to hide her picture from your friends list, but of course that only affects your computer

but how often do you really look at your own timeline in the first place? dont you already know what you posted?
