basically it is a campaign to spread awareness that breast cancer is treatable (as october is the national month for breast cancer..)
basically, they have tried to make it kinda cool and hip to try a new approach with a new generation on raising awarenes (twitter... hello!)
they are also running competitions and stuff to help breast cancer.

a great cause really..
but basically it is sparking interest... (well hey... u wanted to know wat it was right?!?!!)
also, it is reminging people to TWAKEUP! and realise it isnt going to go away without your help!
