Facebook Question (blocked)?

So I was on Facebook today and I was going through the comments of this picture and there were a lot that were all like "Somebody please add me, I'm blocked" and "I'm blocked, help me by adding me!".

What does that mean? Does adding somebody unblock you from a certain person?? O_o

someone might have blocked her on facebook but just bc someone new adds you doesnt mean you get unblocked i have alot of ppl blocked on my facebook and they are just blocked from my page they cant few my page even when they go to search me my name wont never show up!

if u send Frnd requests to people tat u dnt no n if they ignore it, u'll b blocked from sending friend requests to people for like 2 weeks, so they might b asking u to ad dem

This happens when someone sends a lot of friend request and facebook blocks them for randomly sending requests to people you don't know. But people can send requests to the person who got blocked for sending a lot of requests and he can accept friend requests.
I hate people who randomly add people to increase their friends.

What That Comment Means Is They Want People to Add That Person Because That Person Got Blocked From Sending Friend Requests But Can Still Get Friend Requests Tho
