Facebook friend list help?

I put my facebook friend list to "only me" so i can only see it but one of my friends said she could still see it! Like what the heck, oh and i cant find "account" on the facebook page either, since mobile facebook on safari cant change privacy settings on friends i went on the computer and thats when i changed it to "only me" on friends from my friends list page, how come she can still see it?? and where the heck is the facebook "acount" setting icon, cant find it on computer facebook page =/ help.

if you have it Set to Me Only the Only Thing She May Still be Able to See is Mutual Friends Which that you Can Not Block Her From Viewing

I think she is lying. If not report your problem to Facebook.
Click on the gear button, it gives you a menu, account settings will get from that menu.
