Am I stalking on Facebook or not?

I like to make friends with a lot of people from my school on Facebook and my friend accuses me of "stalking" them. Last time I checked stalking means to follow this person and do something bad to him/her. I'm just trying to make friends with other people. My friend keeps telling everyone I'm a creeper/stalker. Is that true? I'm just simply trying to make more friends!

Your not stalker they just say that because they may think you add people from your school to be noisy, but obviously you just like to make friends, its okay to add loads of people from your school my friends and peers do it too!
