Facebook Page Question?

Is there a way to block certain people who have decided to wait in the shadows from viewing a page? I created a page with 3 other ladies on a group/herd of Wild Mustangs in Oregon and this other group has been taking information from our page and putting it on theirs saying that they have found it and that includes a copywrite and disclaimer message from a professional photographer who is a friend of mine who gave me permission to show her photo on my page. The people who we wish to block/ban from viewing the page have liked our page but are making no comments or likes, is there another way to block/ban them from viewing the page and taking information that they have not put hours of time to find on their page?
