Facebook will let me untag anything but one embarrasing album, only report, no remove tag? help?

I' haven't done much on facebook for years, but now finally when i'm trying to fix it up, i'm capable of removing everyones tags, even the ones i didn't create for myself, but there's this one really old album that's embarrasing that instead of "remove tag/report" It's JUST report, and it's getting on my nerves and i need to untag me, but the buttons missing, even after i had two tabs open to compare onew working and the other not...
