Is it possible to send a video from instagram to someone through email?

So, my friend wants to show me a video of her cousin on instagram. I don't have a phone, so I can't see it myself. I really want to see it, because she said it's extremely funny. The only way I can contact her is through my hotmail. She sends me pics of her family on instagram loads of times through email, so it works. But will it work with videos? And if yes, how do you send it so I can tell my friend what to do? Thank you. <3
