those people whom I have subscribed/followed,whenever I comment or like there pic,it goes to my friends news feed, how can I hide it from my friends, I don't want them to see what I like or comment on.

The best and surest answer:

Delete your account. Short of blocking your friends or not liking anything on there ever, all of your actions are tracked, documented, and used to try to sell you things via personal adds. There is no real privacy on facebook. If you wouldn't yell or display something in a physical room with all of the people you've friended present, don't do it on facebook.

Go to your privacy settings and change to "only me".
