create a new account in facebook?

what do you mean by a "new" account? you have already created one, but you want to create another one?

that's against the rules - you are allowed to create only one account - and facebook can detect when you just ignore the rules, they will then suspend all of your accounts and force you to identify pictures of your friends, or force you to provide them with a copy of your government issued ID so they can make sure you are who you claim to be, verifying your age and your real name, and they can can tell when you photoshop it or try to fake it
