Instagram wont let me like someones photos?

I can view, like and comment on anyone's photos. there is just one person that it wont let me like their photos. does anyone know what is wrong?

Having the same problem! Very frustrating, probably a bug on the app. If the next update doesn't fix it consider going to the settings button at the top of your own profile, click "Report a Problem" and tell Instagram of the problem.
