I doubt it. Seems like that would conflict with Facebooks privacy policy

no there will be not any notification to their admin person. But if they use special applications for it like ... Who visit on their groups or their profiles... Then they might me get notification ragarding that.

did you know face book and twitter are more addicting then alcohol and in most cases face book makes people more dearest because your seeing what people are accomplishing an making you doubt you self.
