How to change setiings on facebook to only friends can send you messages?

You used to be able to, but now I can't find it, but then some people have done it on their accounts. I want to be able to put it on the setting which means only people I'm friends with on facebook can send me a message, does anyone know how?

This is on the Desktop browser of Facebook, not mobile:

In the top right besides *your name* | Find Friends | Home buttons, there is a gears key, which is the settings button. Click it, and Privacy Settings will come up as an option. Click it and you will be at the Privacy Settings and Tools page.

You will see "Who can contact me?", choose "Friends"

under connecting on Facebook click view settings

set the option for send you messages to friends only
