How to make private my profile pic of facebook?

Or only frnds can see my pic bt not evryone..i cant find the option..has facebook changed this option now?
secondly i dont like that "follower" feature too..i do i stop people being added in my followers list..plz tell me if anyone knows
I dont mean that people cant see my pic(thumbnail)..i actually mean that everyone cant open up my profile pic in full version or save it.

your default picture can be made private, but only the full version where the comments are too

there is no way to make it so people cannot see the thumbnail version of your default picture on your timeline

Its easy just open up your profile pic and click on edit. After that u might see the option "public" or "friends" change it to only me and your profile picture is locked. and to disable the follow option open up your privacy settings and on the left side you can see a followers option click on that and then turn off followers.
