Need help to connect candy crush to facebook- android phone?

I play candy crush on facebook and have reached level 147 on my computer. I also have it connected to my phone an Android Incredible (the first version I think) However recently I have not been able to connect the candy crush game to my facebook account. I deleted and rebooted my facebook app, deleted and reinstalled my candy crush app and it took my game back to level 1! My game on my computer is still at my same level (147) but now I cannot connect my game on my phone to FB. It keeps giving me this page that says Webpage not available.
I have deleted and reinstalled my FB and candy crush like 3-4 times each and I have made sure my phone has a good internet connection, I have no idea what else to do, does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Your help is appreciated, yes obviously I am addicted to candy crush.

I have the same problem. Hope they fix it soon but i think the problem is with facebook not the app. I tried login in to pinterest with my facebook account and same page appeared.

Try updating your facebook app through Google Play. That solved the issue for me.
