Facebook isn't working correctly?

The individual news stories bar on the right is gone, I'm not able to search for people, I can't access my messages, and I can't click the left and right arrows when viewing photos...I don't know what to do?

I REALLY need to message someone and my Facebook has been like this for a week and I don't know what to do. I already emailed Facebook yesterday and I doubt they're going to reply. Any suggestions?

If you spend an amount of time on FB and other sites are performing ok, it might be a temporary file issue the folder has grown to large. If your using ad blocker that might also give rise to this problem. Only over the last 6 month es I have noticed pop up adds have become increasingly aggressive so try that if CCleaner does not work. Here is the link to CCleaner, be sure to close your browsers windows when you run it.
