No, it's a TOTAL waste of time. FB causes depression in people. It is a source for drug dealing. It is a source for sexual deviancy. It is a welcome mat for burglars. Police use it to snoop into people's lives. It is a creepy place where people stalk one another. It is the cause of many people getting fired. It is a place where dirty laundry accidentally gets outed. It is a permanent digital tattoo which will haunt you later in life.

Go outside and get a real hobby.

it depends on the age group. Young kids are still in their flirting stages and want their friends to know they have a bf and want to show pictures and are still itching to get themselves into trouble so you'll find them on Facebook. College kids would be on Facebook because they think that's a place to network. People in their 50's and grandparents are on Facebook to share pictures and everyday life with their grandchildren and to talk about operations, pregnancies and such. Then there are some groups like organizations and tv stations and weather and musicians and such that we all enjoy (if only Facebook would let us).

Then there's the group who plays the Zynga games of which I am one and it's connected with Facebook, and we're the retired, disabled, out-of-work, or just people who need something to take away the frustrations of everyday life.

So is it a waste of time? Yeah probably, and a waste of money as well. Our news and radio stations here say Facebook is losing lots of members. Probably because of the non-security and the way too many changes it makes and continues to make that we can't keep up with. Before you can even write something you have to figure out where in the heck it is located "today".

Absolutely not., Facebook and an extraordinary tool to connect and share.,

when you begin to think it might be a waste of time to say that you wanted something from facebook, however, that this did not give us.

and then a little disappointed, but the truth and that we should ask themselves,

I used the right tool?

or better yet, I have been using Facebook the right way?

Smile

Like many things that can be good but people over do it and it consumes all of their time. Some people post about I am over here having coffee , 30 minutes later they post I am over here doing this or that and the post after post. It was good for me to find old friends from highschool I had lost contact with and learn of what they have been up to in the last decade or two. But I don't need to know their every step of their days.
