How can I save videos from facebook to my computer or phone?

There's a page on Facebook for Best Vines, and there's a couple of funny ones that I'd like to save to my phone and send as a multimedia message to my boyfriend (he doesn't have facebook). How do I do that? I have an Android from Straighttalk and I know that I was once able to save a short 5-second video from facebook to my phone before (Vine videos are typically 5-6 seconds long).
