Facebook post on accident?

So I was feeling a little sad as decided to weite abou my feelings and I was pretending to post t on Facebook like everyone else but I wasn't going to actually post it i accidently clicked post and was MORTIFIDIED! I rushed to delete it even though t was like 1 am as deleted it i felt better knowing probably no one saw it. But my friend asked me about it and said she had gotten an email that had the whole post in it! Scared to death what of someone else saw it too! This post was really depressing and no one would expect me to write it. Advice??

If someone comes up to you asking "Hey, what happened to you with that paragraph you left on your status?" Just say "What? I didn't do that. Must've been my friend or something. I'm actually doing alright." What I'm trying to say is all you have to do is... Lie.
