Of course we would say Twitter, but there is never just "one" social media. In fact we recommend you use the free training course from HootSuite University 101 to learn how you can simply manage different social media from one place without going crazy.

A lot of time can be saved if you preplan and prewrite some content and then schedule them using tools like hootsuite.com and socialoomph.com - of course if you do Twitter a tweet editor like TweetArchitect comes in handy.

The key over all is automation, as it is impossible to answer and monitor most of your communications "in real time" or you enslave yourself to be available 24/7 which in fact nobody is.. and being glued to your mobile phone to Tweet that you are just having a cheese sandwhich is not what will help you in your marketing...
