How do you use the new thing on Facebook to say how you're feeling?

I've seen a few people use something that says how they're feeling with a little icon afterwards. It's not coming up on my phone though, so I'm wondering how they're doing it? I wanna join in lol..

From your phone though, can't do it as far as I know, I tested it. You'll have to share your feelings via a PC.
