HELP!!! I need to get unblocked!?

so i am temporary blocked from making public comments on facebook (i don't know why cause i never did anything bad) and now i'm blocked for over a week and i dunno how to get unblocked! people say "wait till it's over" all the time, but it's never ending! it's really annoying... HELP PLEASE!!! :O

if you werent breaking the rules, then your account wouldnt have gotten restricted

the mistake many people make is trying to advertise/promote something like their page or someone else's page, not realizing that it's against the rules to do that by posting the link in other groups

facebook considers that spamming

there is no way to get "unblocked" as you put it... you just have to keep waiting
