You have been blocked by facebook so you have to wait for a week or less.have patience.

Someone could have reported you for posting spam or posting something inappropriate. Could just be a temporary glitch. Could be a case where you simply conducted too much Facebook activity. Could be a number of things. In most cases, waiting it out is the resolution.

Sorry but you have been blocked, all you can do is wait until the block is removed from facebook.
