This is for no harm doing at all. I just wanna see how she is knowing about what I post even when I have it hidden to her. I wanna know who is telling her what I'm saying. I also wanna know what her and my ex-best friend has been saying behind my back. Thanks!

Maybe you would be better off taking a vacation from FB for a couple months.

As you mature, you will realize that "what she said/who told here/what she's saying about me" etc is really a waste of time and energy. The only adults you hear with such concerns are those who are only adult in age, but not in terms of actual maturity.
