How do people on instagram get more followers than following?
I've always wondered how? (and twitter too!)
Are you always suppose to follow people back?
Or just hash tag alot ?
I dont understand but people have like 100's more followers than the number of people they're following. How do they do it?

For Instagram, the more hashtags, the more likely that more people will follow you.
