Nope. Nothing will appear on social networking sites unless you put it there yourself or, in terms of photos, unless you appeared in a public place and someone took your photo. There can be no legal expectation of privacy in a public space (which includes any part of your yard or home that can be seen from the sidewalk, parkway or street). We might not like our photos taken without our permission and posted but there's little or nothing we can do about it - except stay home with the shades pulled and the curtains drawn.

That being said, if a photo is posted which destroys our reputations, holds us up to ridicule, damages us financially, threatens us or threatens members of our families, etc. then the usual legal remedies apply. No one has a right to do any of us harm but simply posting a photo that we happen to appear in does us no harm. It's just rude, annoying and really, really irritating.
