Indeed, that is exactly what conservatives want.

Either

a) They want people to be cut off from their Social Security and have kids not get the milk and food they need. They also want to make sure that the Crime Rate Skyrockets as people who paid for Unemployment don't receive it when they need it. That way they can actually spend MORE money on police and personal security as we split into a system of the rich and everybody else.

or
b) they haven't thought about consequences of ending government programs.

But, since they seem to think everything else out - Reagan tax cuts, firing of Air Traffic Controllers, the Iraq War, training terrorists in Afghanistan, selling arms to Iran, The color coded terrorist alerts - so well ...
