And when i go back to the feedback i find myself at the top of it (i want to go back to the post that i stopped at not the begining !! )

First of all, its news feed. Not feedback. You will have to click the back button of your browser to get back to post you had clicked. I think, you click the facebook/home button, that why facebook starts to load a new page and brings you to the top of the page. You Just need to click the back button of your browser to avoid it.
