How can I change the privacy settings on a secondary tumblr blog?

i accidentally made it private when I created it yesterday, and i want to change it to public.

Go to the Settings page for the secondary blog (from your dashboard, click on the Settings icon in the menu bar -- it looks like a cog -- then click on your secondary blog's name in the left column). Scroll down to the bottom of that page and uncheck the "Password protect this blog" item, then hit the 'Save' button in the bottom right corner to apply that change to the blog.
