Mobile Facebook APP acting up?

I just recently made a Facebook again after pressure from the family to keep in touch (lol) and it works fine on my laptop, but everytime I get on it on my mobile phone and try to post a status or a picture, a pop-up comes up that says "New Privacy Control Settings, take a tour" and there's no way to exit out of it, and there's no "skip this step" button, either. But every time I try to take the tour, it sends me to a page that says is unable to load. This happens every time, and always when I am connected to Wi-Fi, so it's not that. Has anyone else encountered this problem? What can I do to get rid of this and be able to update from my phone?

If this is an iphone or apple device, try deleteing the app and installing it again.
