You have to use the computer. Phones don't have the ability to hack things, since they are tiny and weak. Weak like babies....don't use a baby either they break easily.

You don't. This question could get you up to 20 years in prison. It is totally illegal to hack accounts for ANY reason. These accounts belong to Facebook, not the user. And Facebook prosecute. You are offering no evidence this is to deal with bullies. So you just incited others to conspire to hack accounts on a site monitored by every Internet authority, with close ties to Facebook, and which stores all your details for years. And most of us here spend our lives trying to protect our customers from people like you. If t really is for bullies you need to report them. and a second time asking could double your time inside.
