Why can't I comment on any Facebook page?

I have been recently blocked from posting comments on any Facebook page that weren't created by me, although I can like or share any status update. I received a message from Facebook saying that I have been temporarily restricted from interacting from it. I use an account which non of my friends know neither has it any real information of mine but I do use it quite regularly.

They said I should make an appeal and i did so which so far has no progress so far. So can anyone tell me if there is any way of fixing this or why I have been blocked from interacting in the first place.

like posting the same thing over and over

or advertising your own page on someone else's page over and over

that's spamming, and is not allowed on facebook
