How do i edit and/ or delete an album from facebook?

In Facebook, under the heading "Groups", we have a page only for family members. i posted an album on that page. Now i want to edit the title (because i realized that i posted the wrong date). i also want to delete another album i had previously posted on the same page. How d i do it? I tried clicking on "Photos" then "album", but the albums that appear are only those that i posted directly on my wall. I can't find and edit the albums i posted on our group's page. Please help...thanks!

you didnt say it was for groups before

first you open the group page, then click on the photos tab at the top of the group page

then it works just like it does for your profile pictures

find the edit button and click it
