Facebook Tag Problems?

When I uploaded a photo on Facebook, some of the faces are recognized as faces while some are not. When I want to tag those not recognized, the tag automatically moves to the nearest recognized faces.

Any solutions?

No there's no solution to this. You can just leave those faces untagged, that's what I do. Without going into technical details, the problem is that when Facebook carry out face recognition it can't recognize small faces or faces that are darker. That's because it is not big, bright, or clear enough to be recognized.
