What does this mean on Facebook?

So you know how someone has a little phone icon next to their name on chat?
Some have numbers, or the time they were on. for example; 5h 2d 9m etc.
What does it mean if they don't have a number like those but its just a little phone icon?

If the phone icon appears with no numbers, then it means that they are on their phone right now.

If there are numbers besides the phone, then it means that they were on however much minutes or hours ago.

For example: if it says 2h, then it means that they were online 2hrs ago.
