Having some trouble trying to promote my Facebook page!!?

First of all, when I upload ANY picture as the thumbnail icon for my ad, Facebook says I should "try a bigger picture." The pictures I'm using are very large. I even Googled "largest picture" and tried uploading that as the thumbnail, and Facebook still says my picture is small.
Secondly, when I want to review my ad before paying for it, there is NO preview! I don't know why, but the "Ad Preview" box is empty. Here, look:
