why is there some people i cant add on facebook?

like lets say i added this girl that i met online we were talking on msn and after some time we just argued and she blocked me or something on msn because i cant talk to her anymore and i think either my facebook send her a friend request because i added my friends from msn since there was this option and she blocked the option of me adding her or idk what else sorry if my post is confusing im just feeling tired lol and im not a stalker im just wondering why i dont have the option to add her
its the same thing for celebrities u cant add them as your friend why is that?
