Hmmm twitter etiquette?

I tweeted "who's going to The Summer Festival?" and it got 3 favorites, but no replies.
Those people who Favorited it, does that mean they are going?

It could be so--people who "fave" tweets are interested in your tweet. Sometimes I fave tweets to come back to answer them later. Not all people who fave tweets reply to them. Some people fave tweets because they're unsure whether you want to start twitter conversation. It's a matter of perspective, but generally a good thing. I would just take it as them either attending or wanting to go.
