I'm being stalked?
I pulled over And got off the freeway cause i was falling asleep on the road so I fell asleep in my car for like 20 mins and I looked up and there was a guy staring at me

Thats not stalking. That only happens to celebrities and is not just one incident. One man just staring at you doesn't qualify sorry.
