How to talk to girls on facebook?

So I'm new to messaging and talking to people on facebook. Especially girls. I've had a facebook for a long time but rarely message people or talk to them. How would it seem to talk to someone I don't really know but have lots of mutual friends? How would it seem if I would talk to someone that I don't know completely? HOW DO I TALK TO A GIRL ON FACEBOOK THAT I LIKE. lol she been has accepted my request but I never talked to her. Help me please ?

P.S. I'm a high school graduate now and I know she's out of town thanks to mutual friends(in real life)

honestly, just say hi its not creepy at all unless you flirt a lot. just start a mutual conversation and tell her things about you and ask her how she is or something. to be honest don't stress it over, just be yourself & whatever happens happens, dont regret anything & i promise it won't turn out bad (:

you can start by saying hello, I added you b/c we have lots of mutual friends and b/c i think your cool.
so, whats up? have any hobbies?
start talking to her about hobbies you both might have.
and then say , so i've heard from some friends your out of town? what'cha doing?
then say.. maybe after your back, we should hang out sometime?
and then yea.. pretty much hang out.. walk around or go to a friends house ect..
eventually withen the first few meets you will know if the chick likes u or not depending on how much she wants to talk to you.

i dont use facebook but its the same way you talk to anyone in real life. you start off with saying hello and try to find a mutual ground between the two of you. dont worry on what to do but what not to do. dont go hey whats up? I LIKE YOU!!!. That's creepy. once you start having a few conversations and they start to become more frequent and she shows interest you can drop small hints of complements on hair, eyes, etc. not to many though also watch out for becoming clingy or jelly if she is going out on a date with another. its better to say "have fun!" then go "oh..." next step is to stay in contact. this dose not mean talk every other day but stay in contact to keep up with whats going on with that person in there life.
