maybe its the browser you are using if you are using google chrome try mozilla firefox

ignore ibrahim , ofcourse you can open facebook on chrome. you have to mention what error are you getting ? or have you allowed cookies in settings ? are you typing your password correct check if caps lock is on?
if you cant open facebook try https://www.facebook.com/
