why is Facebook asking me for a credit card?
when trying to post a comment there is a message for mobile phone or credit card to verify account. If this info is not given cant post the comment. Why?

Are you positive your using the official Facebook site and not a similar scan site?
If you have any payments that you use through Facebook then I would check they're up to date
