It depends what anti virus you have but usually there is a section on disabling under settings

i wouldnt advise doing that - whatever readme file tells you to do that is probably just going to infect your computer with a trojan

you can disabled it by changing the setting of your antivirus which is shown below of your PC icon towards your right hand side.

I personally would not recommend this, but you can go to your Anti Virus programme settings to disable it.
