most recent contacted whatsapp contact sequence?

there is a contact in my list to whom i dont message often but still his name is always on the top of my favorites. d timing on the right of this contact shows the time i havent seen my phone as well.dont know why this happens for a single contact .Am i being spyed or something?
the contact is shown as first contact in chats and with the timing i have not even seen my phone..please tell me is it normal or some spying

see there ...do u have added as favorite or u have saves favorite no on ur phone ...if not ...

uninstall it and re install it ....whatshapp will backup ur contract....
