Mysrerious Stalker on Fb? Help?

I have this mysterious Stalker on Facebook.
They been calling me names and saying they have an eye on me. I told them If they don't stop, I'll call the cops because it was sort of harrasment.
They stopped after that.and they deleted the account on Facebook. They didn't have any email or nothing. So I can't trace them. I really want to know who it is. Can cops or Facebook help ?

The cops have better things to do with their time.

Facebook would tell you to simply block the harasser, although since they deleted the account after you asking them to stop, it's a moot point.

The only way you could find out who this person was is if they contact you themselves.
