The only way to do this is to:
1. Set up a new facebook account.
2. Search the person you suspect has blocked you.
3. Check if their profile can be viewed.

If their profile can be viewed on the new account but not on your existing account then it is likely that they have blocked you. This is because by blocking someone you are making your account 'invisible' to them.
