Safety details and pros and cons,
Is there any other social networking site that is popular and safe like vine or something?!?!? If so do tell (safety and pros and cons please)

Twitter would probably be the safest since there's no "profile" and you can set your account so you can authorize people to be your "follower" i.e. see the things you post. It's the most anonymous of the three in my opinion and you can make sure to only allow people you know in real life to follow you on Twitter.
